We currently ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India, including metro cities, Tier-2 & Tier-3 towns, and semi-urban areas.
For remote or non-serviceable locations, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing the order.
2. Delivery Timelines
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

- Standard Shipping:
- Free for all orders above ₹999
- ₹49 – ₹99 for orders below ₹999 (calculated at checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 additional COD charge may apply (if applicable in your region)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- A tracking link will be sent via SMS/Email
You can also track it anytime from the “My Orders” section of your account

- India Post (for remote PIN codes)
All deliveries are handled professionally and with care.
6. Delayed / Failed Deliveries
If your package is delayed:
- Contact our support team with your Order ID
- In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to origin
Re-shipping can be arranged on request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
