At vhana, we strive to provide you with high-quality fashion products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our fair and transparent return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, with tags, labels, and invoices intact.
Non-returnable Items:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and swimwear
- Customized or altered products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Go to My Orders > Select the order > Click Request Return
- Choose the reason and upload images (if required)
- Our team will verify your request and arrange a pickup (or guide you to self-ship if pickup isn’t available)
Note: Reverse pickup availability may vary by PIN code.
3. Exchange Policy
- We currently offer exchanges only for size issues, subject to stock availability.
If the desired size is not available, you can opt for a full refund (as per refund policy).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Return Rejection Conditions
Returns will be rejected if:
- Product is found worn, washed, or damaged
- Original packaging, tags, or invoice is missing
- Return request is initiated after 7 days of delivery
- Items are from non-returnable categories
Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer at their own cost or disposed of after 15 days of notification.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at support@vhana.in with photos/videos of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or refund, as per your preference
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by visiting the “My Orders” section or contacting support.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the return policy.
